Here is a balanced 61 note keyboard example with lower P notes on the
bottom, Intervals in the middle, and upper P notes on top. Everything is in the key of D for simplicity and ease of use which I find extremely helpful since all the P note interval relationships are the same as the I section. The middle Db and D# are set to -10 and +10 for quick octave shifting. Love this idea -- thanks Cliff. Cliff also sets the center D to I0 instead of LI. The top kb C note is set to 20 to make a perfect octave. The missing semitone shifting I-1 and I1 functions are placed at the far ends of the Interval section. This gives the advantage of being able to use 2 hands to have a good bass line going with the left hand. |
