Default Balanced 61 note interval layout

Here is a balanced 61 note keyboard example with lower P notes on the
bottom, Intervals in the middle, and upper P notes on top.

Everything is in the key of D for simplicity and ease of use which I find extremely helpful
since all the P note interval relationships are the same as the I section.

The middle Db and D# are set to -10 and +10 for quick octave shifting.
Love this idea -- thanks Cliff. Cliff also sets the center D to I0 instead of LI.

The top kb C note is set to 20 to make a perfect octave.

The missing semitone shifting I-1 and I1 functions are placed at the far ends of the Interval
section.

This gives the advantage of being able to use 2 hands to have a good bass line going with the left hand.
